Random Advice:
Always warmup before exercising. This will help increase blood flow for better performance and help prevent injuries.

ABOUT ME

My name is Bambi Sweeney, and I received a bachelor's degree in sports management from EFSC in 2022.

I still reside on my birthplace, the Space Coast. Sports always caught my interest, and that desire only developed throughout high school and college. I love to spend time with my family and friends in addition to working out at the gym and running.
I like to conduct community interviews and share material. My numerous experiences have taught me a great deal, and I want the community to profit from what I’ve learned.
